Ellie is a Project Manager on the Food Systems Leadership team. Before joining Wallace Center, Ellie worked in state and local policy advocacy and in local food distribution. She has a Masters in Regional Planning from Cornell University and a BA from the University of Michigan (Go Blue!). Ellie has been a lifelong food lover and was drawn to local food work because of food’s connection to every other system that’s critical to creating a just and vibrant world.
She lives in her hometown of DC but can never seem to stay away from the mountains for long.
