FoodHub.info site launched

A site for information, case studies, and other resources about food hubs, including a map and list of hubs.

The Wallace Center at Winrock International, part of the National Food Hub Collaboration, has launched a website with a large collection of resources for and about food hubs.

Food hubs are aggregation and distribution entities committed to regional food. Food hubs support their producers in many ways, not the least of which is providing buyers with source-verified product.
